Notice:
- This blog will be helpful if you're filling form by yourself at home. This will also help those who will be filling their form with the help of third party, to make necessary preparation and avoid hassle. You'll be able to save a great deal of time and work if you fill the form with full preparation.
- From this blog you'll learn how to obtain your "Online Application Registration ID" which you need to mention in Bank draft or swift transfer.
- You can use an android app called "Cam Scanner" to scan the documents. To save the scanned files, click the sharing option and search for "save in gallery".
- You can either use your phone or your PC to fill up the form. Or you can scan files from phone, resize them and transfer them to PC.
- For reducing the size of the scanned files so as to get required size for uploading you can use MS Paint or you can download android app called "Photo & Picture Resizer."
- While resizing the pictures make sure that all the information required are clear and readable and the size is within the range i.e. 200kb to 500kb.
- While uploading your citizenship or passport, you'll need to show both the sides for which you can make collage of scanned pictures of both sides and upload as single picture.
- While selecting examination center, you can select whichever will be convenient for you.
Now let's fill the form. First of all, click this link https://entrance.bpkihs.edu/ and following screen will appear. On the left side of screen there will be "Submit Online Application" on red box. Click it!
Now that you've clicked the red box, following screen will appear. Fill up the information as required.
Note that in username section you are required to enter your active email id which you can access.
After you have filled all the information as required on that page, click on apply now.You,ll be redirected to the initial page and on the screen there will be a notice that reads,"Your confirmation has been sent to your email address. Please follow the instructions provided in the email to activate your account. If you do not see the message in your inbox then go to the SPAM folder."
Open your email, go to inbox, open the message titled "Urgent ! BPKIHS Entrance Web application". If you don't see any such message in inbox go to spam folder, it'll be there. Click the link provided and you'll be forwarded to a "log in" page.
Enter the required information and log in. Then this page will appear, where you will have to fill up personal information.
Once you've filled up the required information,you'll be redirected to this page. Fill up every sections precisely. Each step will be provided to fill once you've completed previous one i.e. you will not be able to fill up step 3 without completing step 2.
After you've provided all the necessary information, you'll see a pop up at the top of the page. It is for self declaration. There will a blue box saying,"If you are done ! Please click here for final submission, as given below.
Before you click for final submission, you can check and re-upload the files that have been uploaded incorrectly by clicking on "My Files", under "MY APPLICATION".
On the bottom half of the "My Files" screen, there'll be the list of uploaded files. You can edit the desired file by deleting it and re-uploading the correct file . Under "My Files", you'll also find your online application registration ID that'll you'll need to mention in the bank voucher or swift transfer document.
You can also edit the personal information that you've provided from "Update My Profile", under "MY APPLICATION"
Now that you've checked and made sure that every details are provided correctly, you can proceed towards final submission. After finalizing the submission process, the section,"My Files" will look like this:
